Collection Rules

  • 6:00 AM Deadline: All containers must be placed at the nearest boundary to the public road by 6:00 AM on collection day.
  • Closed Lids: Wheelie bin lids must be fully closed. Side waste next to black bins is not collected by council crews.
  • Weighted Blue Bag: Always fasten the velcro top on blue bags to prevent paper and plastic blowing down the street.
  • Food Caddy: Lock the caddy handle in the upright/forward position to prevent urban foxes or animals opening it.
